Caya Diaphragms

Singa diaphragms come in multiple sizes in 5mm increments. The selected size has to be correct for maximum contraceptive effectiveness.

Many factors can force a user to have to change the size of diaphragm that they use, primarily loosing or gaining weight but also pregnancy and various medical conditions. Diligently, the sizing should be checked once a year with the users healthcare professional.

If the user's correct size is 65, 70, 75 or 80mm they can switch to the single size Caya diaphragms. The advantage is that if they would be assessed as needing to change diaphragm size, for example from a 75mm to an 80mm when they had their annual consultation, they wouldn't need to buy a new diaphragm. The same Caya would work just fine.
